Your Conquest psychologist will work with you and utilize the most valuable and corresponding therapy approach possible in connection to your needs and individualistic issues/concerns. One therapeutic model is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This approach is scientifically evidenced-based and proven to treat many psychological conditions and concerns such as depression and anxiety, for example. Ask your psychologist after completing your initial assessment what he or she thinks may be the best strategy to help you achieve the greatest success in counselling.
Conquest's fees for psychological services are in line with the recommended fees schedule of the Psychologists Association of Alberta.
